Notes:

1)  2'-0" radius curves are most standard and economical.

2)  Consider 3' radius for larger parts or high pull systems.

3)  Extra long parts may require segmenting 90 degree turns into two - 45's with straight in between.

4)  Traction wheels must be used in place of horizontal turns when less than 24" radius is needed.  Use graphite bushed traction wheels for oven applications over 250 deg. F.

5)  Special fabricated small radius (12" & 18") track curves are available for very lightly loaded systems only.  

6)  Special "all inboard" framed take-ups are available for overhead inverted track where "C" hooks must clear take-up frame.

7)  The maximum recommended temperature for chain traveling through ovens is 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
